1 : 1 Supervision

Supervision supports coaches and mentors in maintaining
a professional and ethical practice. It provides a reflective space in which coaches can explore their concerns, difficulties and successes.

1 : 1 Supervision

Claudia Filsinger, the founder of Moving Maps, is leading our supervision practice.

I take a systemic and experiential approach, using constellations mapping and innovative learning approaches to allow you to explore the wider context of your coaching practice as well as specific issues.

Supervision supports coaches and mentors in maintaining a professional and ethical practice. It has a restorative function by providing emotional support and focus on continued professional development.

I hold a Professional Certificate of Advanced Study in Coaching Supervision from Oxford Brookes University, and an MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice. Further I am accredited executive coach, member of the Association for Coaching and have lectured in coaching, business and management at Oxford Brookes University Business School. My work is based on the Global Code of Coaching, Mentoring and Supervision Ethics.

Individual Supervision is usually offered by Zoom or in person in Oxford and can be in English or German.

We have two offers: 1:1 drop-in supervision or individualised regular supervision agreements.
