Claudia Filsinger is leading our Supervision Practice. She takes a systemic and experiential approach, using 3D objects mapping and innovative learning approaches as relevant to allow clients to understand the wider context of their coaching practice as well as specific issues. Supervision supports professionals in maintaining a professional and ethical practice. Further it has a restorative function by providing emotional support and focus on continued professional development. Claudia’s work is based on the Global Code of Ethics. She is an accredited executive coach and member of the Association for Coaching.
