Claudia Filsinger

Founder and Managing Director
Executive Coach, Consultant and Supervisor

Claudia founded Moving Maps Ltd to equip her clients with impactful creative problem-solving and systemic coaching methods that can change mental maps. She works globally with clients from a very broad range of functions and industries, and works both in English and German.

Her past portfolio has included lecturing in business, career management and coaching at Oxford Brookes Business School. She peer-reviews coaching research papers and regularly writes about coaching and leadership topics. As well as being an accredited executive coach herself, she also trains and supervises other coaches and consultants. 


Richard Mohun

Non-Executive Director

Richard has widespread experience of different types of businesses and organisations at Managing Director and Director level in SMEs, General Manager in a plc., and project work in a leading NGO.

He has a BSc(hons) in Zoology from the University of Liverpool and an MBA from the University of Bradford.

More recently he was a senior lecturer at Oxford Brookes Business School and developed modules in Business History, Strategy, Creativity and Innovation; and developed a postgraduate course in Business for Bioscience.

Geraldine Locke

Geraldine is a highly experienced coach, facilitator and coach supervisor. She has extensive experience in B-2-B sales, hospitality, the charitable sector and education.

She led the development of two work-based learning Masters’ degrees which focus on reflective practice and is an experienced action learning facilitator.

She works with executive coaching clients and helps individuals focus on life stage transitions particularly at the end of careers. She holds a PG Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring Practice, an MBA and a PG Cert in Supervision.

Helma Betts

Helma is an experienced one-to-one coach, mediator and facilitator. Her area of expertise is conflict resolution, stress management and burn-out prevention.

She successfully coaches clients through challenging periods in their careers and helps them navigate work relationships and conflicts. In organisations and schools she facilitates training on the handling of conflict and stress.

Her background is in the IT sector where she worked in client services for a market leading analyst firm in a highly multicultural setting.

She is also a part-time lecturer in the School of Computing and Engineering at the University of West London. Helma holds an MSc in Business Psychology, a Coaching and Mentoring Diploma and is a principal member of the Association of Business Psychologists (ABP).

David Britten

David came to coaching from a background as a counsellor/psychotherapist and trainer of therapists in Higher Education, where he also designed and led a programme in counselling, coaching and mentoring.

His main interest as a trainer is integrating therapy and coaching, enabling practitioners to develop through the cross-fertilisation of ideas and skills. Aside from his training and client work, David is undertaking doctoral research at Oxford Brookes on the topic of professional conscience in coaching and coach-supervision. David holds a MA (with Distinction) in Coaching and Mentoring Practice, and a Professional Certificate in the Advanced Study of Coaching Supervision.

He is an accredited counsellor/psychotherapist member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, a member of BACP’s Coaching Division and a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Naheed Majid

Naheed is a Human Resources and Coaching practitioner with extensive experience in the publishing and media industry, and more recently in the charitable sector, legal and financial services.

She has worked both in-house and on a consultancy basis on a wide range of HR and change management projects, as well as coaching private clients through their own personal transitions.

She is CIPD qualified (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development), holds a Masters in Occupational Psychology and a Coaching certificate with an accredited coach training programme (Coaching Development).

Deborah Humphrey

Deborah is an integrative coach, focussing on creative approaches to coaching such as using creative writing.

She has extensive experience in health care, higher education, and leadership, with specific interests in wellbeing. She has operated as an internal coach in the NHS as well as an independently. She is qualified as a team coach and action learning facilitator.

She holds a PG Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring, a PG Diploma in Learning Organisations and studies for a Professional Certificate in the Advanced Study of Coaching Supervision.
