The purpose of my coaching is to develop my clients’ self-coaching capabilities through systemic and creative problem-solving tools. I create a reflective environment that enables you to clarify issues, broaden your thinking and visualise solutions and resources.

My approach of structured flexibility enables you to turn insights into actions working towards your aims. This is achieved through working in partnership with you to fully utilize your talents by increasing self-awareness, and by recognizing systemic factors such as your organizational context or cultural background.

My areas of specific expertise include sales & business development, hybrid-teams leadership and leadership development.

Career Background

My corporate background is international sales and sales development at leading IT and Media companies. In addition to facilitation and coaching, my portfolio has included 10 years of part-time lecturing; supervising and peer-reviewing research in Business, Management, and Coaching at Oxford Brookes University Business School. Further I have been faculty on commercial coaching, training and sales leadership programmes.

Development of Executive Coaching Programmes

These are developed together with your organisation and usually follow this process:

  1. Introductory meeting (Coachee and Coach).
  2. Agreement of coaching goals (in collaboration between Coachee, Coaching Sponsor and Coach).
  3. Agreed number of coaching meetings.
  4. Coaching Evaluation Meeting (Coachee, Coaching Sponsor, Coach).
