1 : 1 Supervision
Supervision supports coaches, mentors and consultants in maintaining
a professional and ethical practice. It provides a reflective space in which you can explore your concerns, difficulties and successes.
Claudia Filsinger, the founder of Moving Maps, is leading our supervision practice.
I take a systemic and experiential approach, using constellations mapping and innovative learning approaches to allow you to explore the wider context of your coaching practice as well as specific issues.
I hold a Professional Certificate of Advanced Study in Coaching Supervision from Oxford Brookes University, and an MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice. Further I am accredited executive coach, member of the Association for Coaching and have lectured in coaching, business and management at Oxford Brookes University Business School.
Individual Supervision is usually offered by Zoom or in person in Oxford and can be in English or German.
Code of Ethics
Our work is based on the Global Code of Ethics for coaches, mentors and supervisors.
